Hi guys,
I'm going to write this post in English because I'm at school and the Americans keyboards do not have plenty of Italian letters.
I'm really sorry that I didn't write anything since February, but like I said in my last post I'm a really lazy person and I never wanna find time to write on my blog.
As you can see from the post title I'm now and adult! I turned eighteen last Thursday and I had my birthday party on Friday. I can just say it was amazing: I invited just a few of closest friends and we had so much fun playing volleyball, badminton, and having a bonfire. Besides that, however, I wanna tell you something about the last months I spent here.
After the last post I wrote we had Valentine's day in only 10 days and it was awesome. Like i said, I had an American boyfriend with which I spent that day. We went to the college library and we spent most of the time talking to start know each other better. I had so much fun with him and I really loved that day (even though I kinda broke my knee during PE the same day) and I really thought we were a beautiful couple and everything was perfect. Unfortunately I was wrong and on March 7th we broke up because he wasn't the right guy for me. He changed idea about prom and he didn't really want to go with me so I figured out that our relationship couldn't work out.
Some day in February i bought my prom dress and it was just perfect.
In March I also went to a flute contest playing a solo and I made 1 (the best score) and I got a medal. We have had the spring break the last week of March so I didn't go to school,but it wasn't really funny because i just spent most the time at home by myself except for the weekend that I've been to the Arkansas diamond mine looking for diamonds. Obviously I didn't find any of those and I just go a sunburn.
On April 8th we had the prom and I can just say it was the best night ever since I came here in the U.S. I went with a group of friends and we had so much fun, I also danced, which is something that I've never done in my life. It was just perfect and I'm so sad that is already gone.
Now I've to go because the bell is about to ring and I've to go to the next class but I promise you that I'll try to write more often since in just 49 days I'l have to leave the U.S. I'm also trying to write just in English to show my big improvement on the language and to give more people the possibility to read my blog.
